Notice of Appeal

Submit a formal appeal to the CyJurII Appeals Panel. Appeals are reviewed by a five-member panel and a written decision is issued in due course.

Eligible decisions

  • Initial Screening Panel admission & class allocation
  • Promotion Panel decisions (Scholar-in-Training to Scholar, or Scholar to Theorist)
  • Proposed removal from membership status
  • Distinguished Theorist selection is not eligible for appeal
Notices of Appeal should be submitted within 30 days of the date the original decision was communicated to you.
